Determine precise location for food and beverage service
Contact university catering or, in areas where allowed, outside caterers at least two months prior to the event to review menu and estimated cost
Meet with caterer two weeks prior to the event on site to discuss setup and determine what food and beverage will be served
Send final count to caterer one week prior to the event
Contact caterer one day prior to the event to verify all arrangements
If alcohol is to be served, read Alcohol policy at University Policy, Regulations and Rules (PRR) website
