We engage our departments and partners to extend knowledge resources and capabilities to improve North Carolina's economy and quality of life.
NC State faculty, staff, and students work together with business, industry, government, other universities, individuals, and groups to address a wide range of issues and challenges facing our state and the world.

- The Office of EEED announces NC State's new Entrepreneurship Initiative website called Catalyzing Entrepreneurship Statewide. It will serve as a portal to NC State resources and connect entrepreneurs of all types to University research, education and extension support. It can also be found at http://ncsu.edu/enitiative/
