Collegiate Student Leadership Scholarships
“The door is now wide open for me to follow my passions and make the most of my college experience.”
Each year, the General H. Hugh Shelton Leadership Center awards deserving high school seniors and NC State students educational scholarships to promote the center’s mission, “to inspire, educate and develop values-based leaders committed to personal integrity, professional ethics, and selfless service.” Recipients become part of a growing community of Shelton scholars, dedicated to servant leadership, academic discovery, and personal growth and benefit from opportunities to meet and learn from national leaders in the business industry, academia, and the military, as well as enrichment opportunities from study abroad to global service projects. All recipients must either be applying to attend NC State University or are already enrolled at the university, depending on the scholarship.
