Facility Liaisons serve as central points of contact for day-to-day maintenance and services for their building(s), and they keep Deans and Department Heads informed on facility issues. Liaisons receive and log service calls from building occupants, initiate service requests for maintenance needs and billable work, keep building occupants updated on work being performed, conduct building inspections and participate in building safety inspections.
NC State Facilities Operations maintains this active list of Facility Liaisons that serve as representatives for facilities related issues within their specific buildings/departments. This list is exclusively administered by Facilities Operations and is to be used solely for the purpose of authorized communications to liaisons for the benefit of their occupants. Use of the list for communications or contacts with liaisons must be approved by and distributed through the Facilities Operations Customer Service Center. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
Any addition or change to Departmental Facility Liaisons must be approved by the Department Head, Dean or Director and sent to the Customer Service Center via email at facilities_service@ncsu.edu.
