First Year College Commons is a three-story building with approximately 21,500 gross square feet. The first floor is occupied by University Housing - TOTA and includes the 24-hour desk for TOTA (Tucker Owen Turlington Alexander), four classrooms, computer room, and lobby ( two stories in height). The second floor is occupied by the First Year College Advisers. The third floor is occupied by Service Learning; Study Abroad, Transition Program, and Center for Excellence in Curricular Engagement.
