History
This contemporary two-story with exterior of brick and glass houses medical clinics, health education, mental health services and disability services. The medical clinics, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Lab and x-ray, medical records/appointments/ cashier, and Disability Services for Students are all located on the first floor. The Counseling Center, Health Promotion and the Gynecology Clinic are on the second floor.
The Student Health Center was built on the Harris Parking Lot at the corner of Cates Avenue and Dan Allen Drive. It replaces the infirmary, which was located in Clark Hall from 1943-1998.
In 2011, the addition and renovation was completed to accommodate provision of medical, counseling, Disability Service Office services plus a retail component of the Pharmacy for future student growth.
