Welcome to the NC State Facilities Division Home Page. This effort is a direct result of the customer focus seen throughout the organization, and the dedicated and talented individuals who serve the customer every day. 

The Facilities organization continues to reshape itself with extensive training programs and a restructuring effort focused on better service to the customer. The goal is to provide the highest level of service while being good stewards of the resources available. 

The following strategic priorities keep us focused on supporting the university's mission: 

  • Continue to develop our people to meet changing technical requirements and competitive services that exceed customer expectation. 
  • Develop the physical environment of the university to meet the academic program needs and expand the Centennial Campus as a premier development site. 
  • Improve the campus appearance and make it more physically accessible. 
  • Provide for the utility and infrastructure demands of the university, with a focus on innovative and cost effective programs. 
  • Continue to establish strong customer communications through such efforts as focus groups, CQI teams, user friendly access to services and the new home page. 
Our success will be determined by our ability to be transparent to the customer, anticipate their needs and creatively solve their problems.
