SPECIFIC FORMAT
All mail needs a delivery and return address. The following information is recommended in the sequence and position indicated for addressing:
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Each department is responsible for changing their own address with the United States Post Office.
LABEL PLACEMENT
Labels for use on parcels, packages or large envelopes must be addressed according to the recommended format. The address must be complete. Improperly prepared labels will be returned to you for correction and/or completion. See Exhibit below:
