How To Enter Photographs Electronically

You may enter as many photographs as you like. All submitted photographs will be considered in all future publications.

E-mail your photographs to campus_photos@ncsu.edu. Enter the highest resolution photograph that you have. Do not resize your photos so that they are easier to e-mail. Do not crop your photos or to make color and exposure corrections - these adjustments will be made for you. If you have a lot of images you may want to consider submitting them on a CD.

In the subject line enter Calendar Campus Photographs. Copy, paste, and complete the form below into the body of the e-mail and attach your photographs. The maximum attachment size is 3 mb.

If you are under 18 you will need to mail in the Photo Release Form which is signed by a parent or legal guardian before submitting your photos electronically.
