Chancellor Randy Woodson will share the latest about changes taking place across campus this fall during an interactive forum at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Witherspoon Student Center.
Since the event is being held in the Campus Cinema, here’s a preview of coming attractions. (Yes, there’s a trailer, but you’ll have to bring your own popcorn.)
Change is Afoot
The chancellor will provide updates on key structural changes that are part of strategic planning and realignment:
- Business services
- Continuing education
- Diversity programs
- Extension, engagement and economic development
- Student affairs
He’ll also give an update on the review of academic science programs that’s under way this fall, as well as a study of undergraduate and graduate academic programs, and changes in the academic planning process.

Coming Attractions
Woodson will also talk about plans for NC State’s 125th anniversary celebration next year and the upcoming Employee Appreciate Tailgate on Oct. 8.
