The Office of Faculty Development web site is intended to provide faculty and others with information about professional development opportunities and resources to support their teaching, scholarship and research, and service and engagement.
Flu-Proofing Your Course: A Website for Faculty that describes what to expect if students contract H1N1,
how to plan your courses to anticipate student absences or your own absence, and
ways to use technology to continue your courses even if you cannot meet face-to-face with your class. Developed by the Office of Faculty Development and DELTA in cooperation with the Student Health Center.

Because of budget cuts and increased enrollment, many classes at NC State are larger this year. The Office of Faculty Development and DELTA are presenting a series of sessions designed to assist faculty in developing strategies for effective teaching and learning in larger classes. Faculty and TA's are invited to attend. You may some of these sessions remotely by live webinar (See webinar indication below and on registration form).
