awards :: Alumni Distinguished Professor Award - Overview

This award, coordinated by the Office of the Provost, is one of the most prestigious undergraduate awards given on campus.

Recognition
Six recipients will become "Alumni Distinguished Undergraduate (Assistant/Associate) Professors," and retain that title while appointed as a member of the NC State faculty. A monetary award of $3,000 per year for two years will be presented to each recipient at the Alumni Dinner. Recognition of the award recipients will be given at commencement and the Honors Baccalaureate and Celebration of Academic Excellence.

Deadline
College selections must be submitted to the Office of Faculty Development, 4th Floor, Clark Hall, Campus Box 7227, no later than 4:00 p.m. January 29, 2010.
