FCTL facilitates teaching excellence at NC State by promoting faculty growth and development. We invite faculty and graduate students at NC State to use the center as a major source of teaching information and support. Join us as we explore ways to improve both teaching and learning.
Announcement
The Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning is in a time of transition as the Provost works towards improving faculty development at NC State. The FCTL will not offer any new programs, workshops or projects until the Provost determines how best to structure all types of Faculty Development. However, we will continue to work with the Certificate of Accomplishment in Teaching program for graduate students, and we will coordinate the New Faculty Orientation. The Teaching Awards and Holladay Medal nomination process will also continue as usual. We appreciate your patience during this transition period.
