Refereed

A manuscript submitted as a feature article, an applied research article, a program article, or a comprehensive review is screened by the editor or an associate editor and reviewed by at least three Editorial Board members and/or other professionals in the same or a related field of study. Blind reviews are conducted to ensure impartiality. Manuscripts are accepted for publication based upon the reviewers' comments and the needs of the e-journal. The review process takes approximately three months.

A manuscript submitted as a perspectives article or a review of educational materials is screened by the editor or an associate editor. These types of articles are not refereed.
