One of the Seafood Laboratory’s goals is to help put fresh and safe seafood on the table. Our specialists welcome questions on a variety of topics such as how to tell if fish is fresh or how to safely store the weekend's catch. Scientific and technological assistance is available to commercial seafood processors and handlers, as well as help with the latest regulatory changes affecting the industry.
