Here are the steps you should follow to participate in the discussion: 

1. In advance, make sure you computer is equipped with QuickTime. 
 
The Webcast is broadcast in QuickTime format. To connect to this live stream, it is necessary to have QuckTime installed on your system. QuckTime is available for PC and Mac and is a free download.

Test QuickTime - You are encouraged to test the QuickTime player prior to viewing the live webcast. The QuickTime site offers movie trailers that you may run to test your system.

*Please note that if you are not able to download QuickTime on to your system, your computer may not meet the necessary requirements to view this Webcast. 

2. You may submit questions to the panelists the following ways: 

• Email us your questions in advance of the Webcast. 
  
• Instant Message your questions during the Webcast.

• AOL users should send questions to "ncsupackparents." 
  
• Yahoo Messenger users should send questions to "packparents."

Simply follow the "add a buddy" instructions for whichever Instant Message software you use and type in the appropriate screen name. 3. Between 6:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the evening of the Webcast, go to the Live with NC State webpage and click on "Watch the Webcast."
