MEET THE PRESENTERS

Jennifer N. Bell Kim Kroll (facilitator)
Assistant Director,
Department of Campus Activities

Ms. Kroll works in Parents & Families Services which provides programs and services, such as the Parents' HelpLine, Parents' Orientation, and Parents & Families Weekend.

Carol Schroeder
Carol Schroeder, M.Ed.
Director, University Career Center

Ms. Schroeder has served in a variety of roles during her twenty years at NC State, including counseling students with majors in Engineering, Education, Business Management, Accounting, and Natural Resources. She has developed career-exploration programs for students across the University, from Communication majors to student athletes. She received her master’s degree from NC State University in Educational Administration and her undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Woody CatoeWoody Catoe, Ed.D
Assistant Director, University Career Center

Dr. Catoe serves students with majors in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences. Prior to coming to NC State, Dr. Catoe was in a full-time private practice as a professional counselor and worked as a corporate-career consultant with Drake Beam Morin for nine years. Additional professional roles have included serving as director of student affairs, a community college instructor, and an associate minister in pastoral counseling. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Divinity in Theology and Counseling, and earned a Doctor of Education degree in Counselor Education from NC State University. Dr. Catoe is also a NC Licensed Professional Counselor.
