Parents & Families Association
The
Parents & Families Association is intended to strengthen the
relationship we have with our students' families and is designed
to increase our communication with parents and actively involve
them in the life of the University. As a member, you will be a
part of our community in a way that promotes the success of the
student we all care so much about. In return for your membership,
you will have access to valuable programs and services designed
specifically to keep you informed and involved. You also become
eligible for many great benefits.
Parents' HelpLine
The Parents' HelpLine is a toll-free number and email address
we invite parents to use for personal assistance whenever they
have a question, comment, or concern.

Emergency Alerts
In the event of a campus-wide crisis, parents may find up-to-date information on line at www.ncsu.edu/emergency-information. Additionally, the Office of Parents & Families Services will alert Association members of important developments, changes in campus operations, and other critical details via email, recorded messages on the Parents’ HelpLine, and website announcements.

Delivered to your home once each semester, the PACKParents newsletter is full of valuable information to help keep you up to date on what's happening at the University.
E-Newsletter
"Hello North Carolina State University Parents" is a periodic email newsletter for NC State parents. Each issue includes reminders about important dates and deadlines, information about upcoming events, suggestions for timely conversations to have with your student, as well as other important university news. Parents are invited to contact the HelpLine whenever they have a question or concern and aren’t sure who to call. We will answer your question or put you in touch with someone who can.
