An old Chinese laundry might be an odd
place to start a comedy theater, but even
in 1959 The Second City did things their
own way. Today, The Second City
continues to produce the premier comic
talent in the industry. From Mike Myers
to Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert to Tina
Fey. Featuring some of the best sketches,
songs, and improvisations from The
Second City’s 50 year history, audiences
will get to see comedy stars in the
making and enjoy absolutely hilarious
satire and cutting-edge improvisation.

enhanced the quality of campus life by
volunteering for the Parents & Families
Weekend service project. Join the tradition
and leave your mark on NC State
this year while working with other families
to continue the development of NC
State’s only campus park. Sponsored by the Center

Wrap up the weekend with a lovely
Sunday Brunch in the park and help us
celebrate the 10th anniversary of the
student-family service project. Participants
will enjoy a brunch meal and
entertainment, while University leaders
honor student and parent volunteers for
their contributions over the last ten
years. Witness NC State history as we
take this opportunity to dedicate NC
State's only campus park.
