[More] The Parents' Fund at NC State Like many parents, you have probably been involved in a variety of fundraising activities during your sons or daughters secondary-school years. Once again, you will have an opportunity to help raise funds for education, but this time it will be much easier than peddling chocolate bars door-to-door. [More] 2004 Fall Semester Calendar E-Power Three new web sites are putting even more power into the partnership between parents and NC State. In addition to information for students, the Career Center, Counseling Center, and University Dining have developed special web sites just for parents designed solely to keep you informed and connected to the University. [More] Serving Others A Parents & Families Weekend Tradition Nearly 40 parents, students and NC State staff gathered during the 2003 Parents & Families Weekend for the annual Student-Family Service Project. Volunteers left a lasting mark on campus as they assembled to plant 8,000 daffodils, hyacinths, and crocuses along with many perennials and shrubs at Bragaw Residence Hall. [More] |
