Job Description: Manages the analytical laboratory and conducts analytical analyses of forage and animal samples in the joint USDA-ARS and NCARS intensive forage-animal research program.

Role in Forage Group: Major focus is determining the nutritive value of forage samples via in vitro bioassay and fiber, nitrogen and monomer carbohydrate determinations using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy.
