| Job Description: Conducts forage utilization, research
in the joint USDA-ARS and NCARS intensive forage-animal research program.
Role in Forage Group: Major focus is on forage characteristics that alter nutritive value and consequently alters animal responses (preference, dry matter intake and digestion, digesta kenetics, diet composition and grazing behavior) and on the role of forages in production systems including sustaining wildlife and a healthy environment. |
