Bio:

Born and raised in St. Joseph, Michigan. I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in January 2006 from Brevard, NC. I have been married for two years and we just had a baby boy (Ian) in April 07. We also have two cats, Zoe and Mia and a dog-named Barkley. We love the outdoors…especially hiking.

The outdoors has become more of a hobby than a profession, but whenever I can use those skills in my current role I take advantage of it. I made the move into Higher Education during graduate school and never left. Higher Education gives me an opportunity to use my experiences to help others grow…that’s what I enjoy.

Things that I love: being outdoors, ultimate Frisbee, reading, baking, and hanging out with my husband, son and pets.
