Mr. Williams joined the Office of General Counsel on July 19, 2010.  Prior to his employment with NC State, Mr. Williams was a Contract Attorney with Bachman and Swanson in Durham, North Carolina in 2010, Claims Representative/Law Clerk in the Law Offices of Sema E. Lederman from 2009-2010, Financial Services Representative/Manager with First Citizens Bank from 2005-2007 and a Company Commander/Brigade Transportation Officer in the United States Army, Fort Bragg, North Carolina from 1998-2006.  Mr. Williams received his B.A. degree from Appalachian State University and his J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.  Mr. Williams is a member of the Notary Public Commission.
