Ms. Rose joined the Office of General Counsel on January 9, 2013. Prior to her employment with NC State, Ms. Rose worked in the private sector of the legal field in both civil and criminal law, with extensive experience at the state and federal level. She earned a double Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Florida International University; Minor in Health Service Administration; Paralegal degree approved by the American Bar Association and a Real Estate License. Ms. Rose interned at the State Attorney's Office in Florida. Ms. Rose is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
