Winner

Bruce Sherwood & Ruth Chabay

Bruce Sherwood, Research Professor and Distinguished Educator in Residence, and Ruth Chabay, Professor, Physics Department, for their work on VPython and innovative ways to teach Matter and Interactions. Their work is available from Dr. Sherwood's personal webpage.

Runner up

Diane Chapman

Diane Chapman, Teaching Assistant Professor, Adult & Community College Education Department, for her work on the T&D Online program and for consistent excellence in online and distance teaching. Dr. Chapman also designed and worked with DELTA staff to develop a case study for her instructional design course.

Lifetime Achievement

Roger RohrbachVisiting Professor of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, received a Lifetime Achievement Award for Project Eos in the College of Engineering

Special merit

Afroz Taj, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Foreign Languages and Literatures, received a Special Merit Award for A Door Into Hindi , an online elementary Hindi language course
