List of Proposed Revisions and Justifications

Revisions in Prefix/Number, Title/Abbreviated Title, Scheduling, Credit/Contact Hours, Grading Method, Pre/Corequisite, Restrictive Statement, Description, Content, Student Learning Outcomes

Include an itemized list of proposed revisions. For each revision briefly describe the change and give a justification for each.

A revision in content often indicates that a revision in title and description are needed. If so make sure that all affected elements are included in the list of proposed revisions and reasons. A shift in credit hours may also indicate that content has shifted in some way and both items would need to be addressed. If a change in content results in a new title or a new course description, the new title or course description should be used on the face of the course action form.
