Woodrow Wilson Dissertation Fellowships in Woman's Studies
SPONSORING AGENCY: The Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation
PURPOSE: The purpose of this program is to encourage original and significant research about women that crosses disciplinary, regional, or cultural boundaries.
FIELDS: Any Field
ELIGIBILITY: Students in doctoral programs in any field of study at graduate schools in the United States are eligible to apply. Candidates must have completed all pre-dissertation requirements including approval of the dissertation proposal. Candidates who are within a few months of completing their work should not apply.
STIPEND: $3,000 to be used for expenses connected with the dissertation.
APPLICATION DEADLINES: Due to funding issues, this fellowship has been suspended for the 2012-13 year.
