C. Application Deadlines and Processing

  1. All prospective students and applicants are advised to be aware of specific program and Graduate School deadlines that may affect their choice of year and semester of entry.
  2. Specific program deadlines are published on the Graduate School website and are presented to applicants at various points throughout the on-line application process.
  3. Many programs will not accept late applications. You are advised to check with the program directly before submitting a late application.
  4. All application fees are non-refundable.
  5. Applications are considered "received" upon receipt of the application fee.
  6. Applicants are notified by email when they have submitted their applications later than the Graduate School deadline.
  7. The Graduate School processes all fee-paid applications through the on-line system for campus access.
  8. The Graduate School will route ALL on-line applications to the appropriate department office regardless of the dates received, however, the program office may require consideration for a later term only if their application deadline has passed.
  9. Departments are not under obligation to review or consider any applications received past their program deadlines.
  10. Should departments wish to consider late applications, they may do so without requesting special waivers from the Graduate School.
