2009-10 Academic Year
The NC State University Postdoctoral Association (PDA) serves as the voice of postdocs across campus. A Steering Committee in 2008 wrote the bylaws and provided the vision for the PDA. The bylaws guides the mission, activities, and structure of the PDA. In the fall of 2009, the first officers of the PDA were identified and their contact information is below.
2009-2010 PDA Officers:
Present
The NC State University PDA promotes the building of community among postdoctoral scholars at North Carolina State University and serves as the voice for postdocs across campus. The PDA also works with and supports the endeavors of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, and both entities strive to create an environment where postdoctoral scholars have an enriching and rewarding experience during their tenure at the university. Postdocs are welcome to join the General Council if space if positions are available (see bylaws). Contact one of the officers to find out more about the PDA, to share concerns, or to get involved.
