Monsanto Emerging Leaders
TIn the Monsanto Emerging Leaders in Science rotational program (ELS), you can gain experience and leadership skills that match your education. The ELS was designed for ambitious recent Ph.D. grads and post-docs who want to aggressively pursue a career as a future scientific leader at Monsanto. Here, you'll rotate through three, one-year assignments in your selected strategic scientific focus area. Each will focus on project leadership, working with innovative technologies, and developing the next generation of agricultural breakthroughs. Following your successful completion of the three-year program, you'll be placed in a key role within Monsanto's Technology Organization. This rotational program allows you to focus your research and leadership development in one of the following strategic scientific areas:
Discovery Strategies for Transgenic Product Development
Genomics Strategies for Crop Improvement
Pipeline Optimization and Improvement
