2014 Postdoctoral Research Symposium at NC State University

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) and the NC State PostDoctoral Association (PDA) will host the 3rd Annual Postdoctoral Research Symposium! The event will be an opportunity to feature the exciting and innovative research of our postdoc fellows and share ideas with our neighboring institutions and the Research Triangle Park community!

WHERE: Talley Student Union Ballroom
WHO: Postdocs, faculty, and graduate students are welcome and encouraged to attend! (Registration required. See link below.)

2) Is registration required?
Yes. Lunch will be provided and we need an accurate head count. Name tags will also be available for everyone who completes the registration form. Register here.

3) How do I get to the event location?
The event will be held in the Talley Student Union on the NC State University campus (map).

From I-40,

  • Take Wade Avenue to Faircloth St.
  • Turn right on Faircloth St. and continue onto Gorman St.
  • Turn left onto Western Blvd.
  • Turn left onto Morrill Drive
  • Turn left onto Cates Avenue

4) Where can I park and do I need a parking pass?
Parking is available near the Talley Student Union. If you are affiliated with NC State University, parking is available in the Coliseum Deck ('CD' parking pass) or the Jeter Drive Bays ('C' parking pass). Additionally parking is available in the Dan Allen Deck ('C' parking pass). See campus parking map. If you are a visitor to NC State University, a pay lot is located on the lower level of the Coliseum Deck. Parking passes will be provided for all non-NC State affiliated poster presenters.
