Detailed Program Description
As part of the degree requirements, students in this program take specialized courses and conduct research related to one of three concentrations: Bioarchaeology, Cultural Anthropology, or Environmental Anthropology. Each of these three concentrations emphasizes particular skills, theories, and data sets. In the personal statement that forms part of the application, candidates must address which of the concentrations they intend to pursue, and why.
