Greek Life offers members numerous leadership opportunities within their chapter, such as executive positions and officers.

- Triangle Greek Leadership Conference
Members of the Greek community at North Carolina State University are involved in numerous other campus activities. In fact, more than 85% of affiliated students are involved in outside organizations, many in leadership roles.
