- Match Recruitment Groups and Recruitment Guides.
- Chance to talk with sorority women for the first time about the benefits
of Greek Life in general as well as their specific chapter.
- Distribute of financial information sheets by Recruitment Guides.
- Prioritize sororities you want to accept invitations from for
the second round of recruitment; preferences will be matched with
lists of invitations from chapters.

- 3:45 - 11:00 p.m.
- 3:45 -- meet Recruitment Guides at Talley Student Center and load buses
- 4:50 - 10:00 p.m. -- rounds at McKimmon Center (dinner will be provided for all women registered for recruitment)

| Attire: |
Casual clothes, such as Capris or nice shorts and a shirt.
All sorority women will be wearing jeans, khakis or shorts and a tee shirt. |

| House Tours: |
Introduction to Philanthropy! |
| Who: |
Potential new members matched with 1-6 chapters. |
| What: |
- Tour of up to six chapter houses.
- Participate in a project to benefit each chapter's philanthropy.
- Financial responsibilities for sorority membership are explained.
- Prioritize sororities you want to accept invitations from for the third round of recruitment; preferences will be matched with lists
of invitations from chapters.

- Fun and fast-paced night of skits showcasing the spirit and sisterhood of our sorority women!
- Prioritization of sororities you want to accept invitations from for the third round of recruitment; preferences will be matched with lists of invitations from chapters.

- 12:30 p.m. -- meet Recruitment Guides at Talley Student Center and load buses
- 1:30 - 7:30 p.m. -- rounds at Chapter houses followed by selections

- Evening of special and touching ceremonies where sisters show potential new members some of the traditions of their chapters.
- The most important night of recruitment since potential new members
are choosing the chapters they are interested in accepting a bid from;
preferences will be matched with lists of invitations from chapters.

- 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. -- rounds at Chapter houses followed by selections

| Bid Night: |
CELEBRATE WITH YOUR NEW SISTERS!!! |
| Who: |
All women receiving bids from a sorority! |
| What: |
Panhellenic celebration followed by an evening of fun with your new sisters at your new chapter home! |
| When and Where: |
Wednesday, September 11
- 5:00 p.m. -- meet Recruitment Guides at Harris Field
- 5:30 p.m. -- Sigma Rho Chi unveiling and Chapter celebrations
- 6:00 p.m. -- Chapter time

| Attire: |
Attire Casual clothes, such as shorts and a tee shirt. (each chapter will provide a new t-shirt for their new members during the event) |
