Please submit the following documents in applying for the GTI Certificate Programs
(see links at the bottom of the page)1. Application Form (complete all 5 pages online and print before signing and dating)
2. Administration Fee: $200 (US) payable to NC State University (Pay online at the GTI storefront (www.ncglobaltraining.org) and attach a copy of your receipt.)
3. Proof of English Ability minimum test scores:

4. Copy of current (most recent) school transcript(s) in English
5. (2) GTI Recommendation Forms (recommendations from recent academic advisors, faculty or employers)
6. Proposed plan of study / purpose statement
7. Supplemental Immigration and/or Financial Forms (see detailed information on which documents are necessary on pages 2-5 of the application) (ex. original bank statements, support letters from sponsors, immigration documents, transcripts, etc.)
8. Passport-sized photograph (optional)
9. Resume or C.V. (only if you are applying for the GTC or GTT programs)

After the application materials are received, reviewed, and approved, we will send you some important pre-arrival information, a visa certificate (I-20 or DS-2019) and instructions for applying for an F-1 or J-1 visa, Immunization Forms, Housing Information, etc.
For those accepted into the GTI certificate program you will pay your tuition and fees after your arrival to NC State. Please see "billing and payment options" on the NC State Payroll Office's web site at http://www.fis.ncsu.edu/cashier/students/default.asp#billing for information about how to pay tuition and fees.
