Below are the forms necessary to apply to the GTI.
application for study, research and internship programs (GTE/GTC/GTN/GTR)
or
application for 3+X programs (3+X)
plan of research (GTR-research students and GTC students only)
DS 7002 (GTN-intership students only)
visa clearance form (only needed if currently in the US at another institution)
All applicants will also need to submit by email to gti@ncsu.edu proof of English ability, proof of financial ability, and a school transcript. GTC students also need to submit a C.V. or resume. See the instructions at the beginning of the application for details.
