The Fit for U Program has certified personal trainers available to meet
with students to discuss a variety of topics related to fitness. Whether you are new to exercise or have been active
for a period of time, our trainers can provide valuable information
to help you reach your personal goals. In addition, the trainers
can discuss general nutritional improvements to help you reach your fitness goals. Each individual has unique
questions. Your 60 minute confidential consultation will be catered to
meet your needs.
