Fit
for U is a new program for 2007. The goal
of the program is to provide students interested in beginning
or improving an exercise program a free one-on-one consultation
with a certified personal trainer. The is a one time commitment
to help answer your questions and get you moving in the right
direction to achieve your personal goals. This program also
offers consultation in the areas of healthy eating, weight
loss or weight gain.
