Fit Tips

Being physically active is a very positive step towards a healthier lifestyle and improved longevity. We congradulate you for being active and encourage you to do so for a lifetime. The benefits of being fit are not only physical but also mental, emotional, social and spiritual. If you are new to exercise or have not been active for more then one year, we encourage you to talk with a professional before beginning a program. If you age 40 or older, consult your health care provider before beginning a program.
