Health Promotion is coordinating a Stress Fest '08 Contest in the Brickyard on Wednesday, April 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Many on-and off-campus health and stress reduction-related organizations will have displays at this event. We would like to invite any student group that is a recognized, registered club or organization to submit a proposal for our Stress Fest Contest. Your mission is to creatively address stress management in an interactive booth display.
Application Deadline: Friday, March 24, 2008

- An organization bank account where a check (should you win) can be deposited or a department you work with for an IDT deposit

Guidelines
In order to apply you must meet all the eligibility requirements.
- By March 24, please fill out the application.
Space is limited to the first 10 groups who apply successfully.
We have many organizations and other vendors attending, and we want to make sure not much overlap of ideas occurs. If your display is similar, we will work with you to select another topic or angle.
Drop off at Health Promotion, Student Health Services, Room 2101.
- By April 4 , provide the Health Promotion office with a copy of all educational material that will be available at your booth/display and the content to be used on the display. We will review your materials immediately and get back with you if there are any problems.
Please be sure you are using only valid Health resources for your booth, such as National Mental Health Association, Medline Plus, Centers for Disease Control, and NCSU Counseling Center Web Site.
