Instructor: Dr. Christine M. Pierce
Chris Pierce is Professor of Philosophy at North Carolina State University. She is the author of IMMOVABLE LAWS, IRRESISTIBLE RIGHTS: NATURAL LAW, MORAL RIGHTS, AND FEMINIST ETHICS (Kansas, 2000) and co-editor of THE ENVIRONMENTAL ETHICS AND POLICY BOOK (Wadsworth, 2003). Her articles on ethics, feminism, and gay issues have appeared in many journals including THE MONIST, PHILOSOPHICAL STUDIES, ANALYSIS, THE JOURNAL OF SOCIAL PHILOSOPHY, SIGNS and HYPATIA.
