What is leadership? There are over 3,000 definitions of leadership. In this course, students will read and inquire on different perspectives of leadership and form their own concept of leadership. Students will read primary Leadership Development theories as well as discuss contemporary examples of leadership in society. Students will have opportunities to discover the difference between positional and influential leadership as well as creation of their own leadership model.
