Such issues as Global Warming, Population Growth, Genomics and Bioengineering, nuclear power and other topics are covered in depth. Each student is required to "lead" a discussion topic and write a term paper for presentation to the seminar. The use of CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS is the raison d' etre of the course!
