E.S. King Village
E.S. King Village, named after Edward Skull King, is an apartment community that serves NC State's married, graduate and non-traditional undergraduate population. Within its diverse multicultural environment, community and convenience combine to nurture academic success and provide for the needs of both students and families. E.S. King Village is available to juniors, seniors, graduate students, students with families, post-doctoral students, visiting faculty and scholars.

Rent Information
The rental period runs from July 1st through June 30th of the following year. Rent payment is due by the 1st of each month. Payment after the 5th of the month is considered late and residents will be assessed a late charge. Rates are subject to change.
Studio apartment rent includes gas, water, sewage, recycling & trash pickup. One and two bedroom apartment rent includes water, sewage, recycling & trash pickup.

Application Process
To apply for an apartment at E.S. King Village, you must first log in to the MyPack portal system. You will need to have an NC State University Unity ID and password to log in to the portal.
Once in the MyPack portal, select the Main Menu tab, then "Student Self-Service", "University Housing", then "E.S. King Village Apt Residents", and complete the Apartment Application.
If you do not yet have access to the MyPack portal, please contact your department to establish your ID and log-in information.
