Guest Apartments

University Housing at NC State invites you to be our guest and stay in one of our Guest Apartments located either at ES King Village or in Wolf Village. This is a comfortable, convenient, and economical alternative for guests or visitors affliated with the University who want to stay close to campus. Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be affiliated with the University as a visiting faculty/staff, prospective student, a participant of a University sponsored training or program, or friends and relatives of University employees. Members of the ES King Village community can also reserve a guest apartment for friends or relatives. Reservations

Due to the great demand for the guest apartments, online reservation requests are required and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be made via our Web site at least THREE (3) days prior to your arrival and require a credit card number (unless the cost will be covered by a specific department). This is to allow enough time to assure room availability and proper cleanliness before your arrival. After submitting an online reservation request, a confirmation e-mail will be sent if a room is available for the date(s) you requested. If space is not available, you will receive an email indicating so. You can expect a response within 2-4 business days after we receive your request. Please read the Guestroom Housing Terms and Conditions. By completing the reservation form, you are agreeing to those terms.

Cancellations

We require that all cancellations be submitted and received at least 24 hours before the anticipated date of arrival. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to a night’s stay if not given 24 hours notice. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Payments

The credit card used to make the reservation will be charged within five business days of your check-out. If you would prefer to pay another way (check, money order, or a different credit card) this will need to be done Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm at the ES King Village Office located at 3824 Jackson Street.

Staff

Staff members are available around the clock to answer questions and respond to any concerns during your stay. Information will be posted regarding how to contact a staff member if the main office or desk is closed.

Vehicle Parking

Permit parking is enforced in both communities. Parking permits must be purchased from NC State Transportation for extended stay guests (longer than overnight). Please call 919-515-3424 for more information.

Mail Services

Mail delivery for guests is NOT possible in any of our locations. For guests that are staying long term we recommend that if you would like to receive mail, have it addressed to the campus sponsor’s departmental office, or arrange for a short term PO box at the local United States Post Office.

Meals

For meals, guests may pay on a cash-only basis at any of four dining halls on campus. There are also convenience stores and fast food restaurants located on main campus. Additionally, a grocery store and a variety of restaurants are located within a short walking distance of both ES King Village and the Wolf Village Apartments.

The Wolf Village Guest Apartment

The Wolf Village Guest Apartment is available to VIP guests and visitors of University Departments or Programs.
The apartment is a two-bedroom, fully furnished apartment
