Wolf Ridge at Centennial is a vibrant new living community that will expand campus housing and student life to Centennial Campus. Wolf Ridge features two, three, and four bedroom apartments and graduate studio lofts. Modern fixtures, amenities, and décor create a contemporary feel. Wolf Ridge is the epitome of convenience, featuring an on-site University dining facility, bookstore, fitness center, and 24-hour service desk. In addition, Wolf Ridge is a leader in sustainable practices providing green spaces, a green rooftop, a 50,000 gallon cistern, efficient appliances, and more. The property will be LEED Silver certified.
Wolf Ridge is a 12-month agreement with costs billed to your student account in July (fall term), November (spring term), and May (summer term).
Wolf Village is a vibrant apartment community for upper classmen, non-traditional undergraduate population and graduate students. Each fully furnished apartment consists of four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with microwave, stove, and refrigerator, living room, and washer and dryer in each unit plus much more. Wolf Village boasts convenience to main campus, an on-site convenience store, fitness room, and computer lab. You get the on-campus experience with all the advantages of apartment living, but none of the headaches!
The cost of living in Wolf Village is billed to your student account once a term. Residents staying over the summer will have an additional amount billed to their student account for each summer term.
E.S. King Village is a multicultural community for students with families, upper classmen, graduate students, non-traditional undergraduate population, post docs and visiting faculty. Consisting of furnished and unfurnished studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments this community lies near the main campus. With resident garden plots, playground, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, E.S. King Village has a home-away-from-home feeling. Residents sign a term agreement and pay monthly rent. All agreements end June 30 of each year.
Western Manor is a quiet, academic-oriented apartment complex located near Centennial Campus. It serves the needs of students with families, upper classmen, graduate students, faculty, visiting professors and staff. Western Manor offers unfurnished studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and includes cable and high-speed Internet. Residents sign a term agreement and pay monthly rent. All agreements end June 30 of each year.
