Western Manor is a quiet, academic-oriented apartment complex serving the needs of upper-classmen and NC State faculty and staff. Convenient to both the main and Centennial Campus, Western Manor offers convenience to students, faculty, and staff. (see Eligibility link for further information).

Rent Information
The rental period runs from July 1st through June 30th of the following year. All apartment rents include high-speed Internet, basic cable TV, trash, water and sewage utilities. Residents pay for electricity. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. Payment after the 5th of the month is considered late and residents will be assessed a late charge. Rates are subject to change.

- Unfurnished studio - $640.00/month
- Unfurnished one-bedroom - $725.00/month
- Unfurnished two-bedroom - $855.00/month

Application Process
You can apply for an apartment at Western Manor by logging in to the MyPack Portal system. You must have an NC State University Unity ID and password to log in to the portal.
Once in the MyPack portal, select the Main Menu tab, then "Student Self-Service", "University Housing", then "Western Manor Apt Residents", and complete the Apartment Application.
