Rent Information
The rental period runs July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012. Rent includes water, sewage, recycling & trash pickup. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. Payment after the fifth of the month is considered late and residents will be assessed a late charge. Rates are subject to change.
Current Rates for Agreement Term July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012
- Unfurnished studio - $620.00/month
- Unfurnished one-bedroom - $695.00/month
- Unfurnished two-bedroom - $815.00/month
Application Process
Effective April 1, 2011, you can apply for an apartment at Western Manor by logging in to the MyPack Portal system. You must have an NC State University Unity ID and password to log in to the portal.
Once in the MyPack portal, select the Main Menu tab, then "Student Self-Service", "University Housing", then "Western Manor Apt Residents", and complete the Apartment Application.
