Wolf Village is an exciting apartment complex for NC State juniors, seniors, and graduate students. You get the on-campus experience with all the advantages of apartment living, but none of the headaches!
Wolf Village apartments feature furnished living spaces with four single bedrooms per apartment. Each unit includes full-sized beds, two full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen with microwave, stove, and refridgerator, a washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. In addition, apartment rent includes high-speed Internet access, basic cable TV, and an optional telephone plan. The University assumes cost for interior telephone wiring and jack repair, if needed, through the Wolf Village Office.
The cost of living in Wolf Village is billed to your student account
once a semester. Residents
staying over the summer will have an additional amount billed to their student
account for each summer session.
