Considering a Major in Biological Sciences or Zoology?

Attend an info session at 4704 Bostian Hall to learn more about undergraduate programs in the Department of Biology:
When:
· Thursday, August 23 at 3:30 p.m.
· Tuesday, August 28 at 4:00 p.m.
· Wednesday, August 29 at 3:30 p.m.
· Friday, September 7 at noon
· Tuesday, September 11 at 4:00 p.m.
· Wednesday, November 28 at 9:00 a.m.
· Tuesday, December 4 at 3:30 p.m.
NOTE: You will not be able to submit an application until you have established a GPA at NC State of 2.80 or higher. This is not a guarantee of admission, but is a minimum requirement for consideration. We also look at your grades in biology, chemistry, and calculus courses and must consider space availability.
If you are comparing to other majors, you may want to meet with a cross-curricular advisor in Academic Advising Services (515-8130).
Talk to your current academic adviser about your interests and to add your intended major to your degree audit.
Finally, complete and submit the Change of Degree Application (CODA) - the link will be activated soon.
Applications will be considered after each of the following deadlines:
· September 15
· February 15
· June 15
